SALION SL-82A Precision Piezoelectric Dual-Channel Controller, Fiber Option for Semiconductor Chip Sorting

SALION Automation Technology
2026-10-27

Feeding semiconductor chips and chip-scale components requires impact-free piezo drive, dual-channel cooperation and high-speed optical sorting. The SALION SL-82A precision piezoelectric vibratory feeder controller uses a DSP microcontroller with dual-channel output supporting independent, synchronous and VH modes, plus dual-channel amplitude sensor interfaces for outstanding amplitude stability, auto frequency search and tracking. It comes standard with RS-485 (MODBUS-RTU), B-segment speed control and brake, an IPS color graphic UI, separated hand controller with rail mounting, and 8 user recipes. Two high-performance fiber optic modules can be optioned for high-speed part sorting.
