Feeding and sorting tiny parts (electronic components, small metal or plastic pieces) demands a safe 24V supply, high drive power and high-speed detection. The SALION SL-70A precision electromagnetic vibratory feeder controller (DC24V, single channel) uses a DSP microcontroller with a rated output current of 4.0A per channel, designed for high-speed, high-precision feeding applications. It comes standard with RS-485 (MODBUS-RTU), B-segment speed control and brake function, an IPS color graphic UI, and a separated hand controller with rail mounting; 8 user recipes can be stored. Two high-performance fiber optic modules can be optioned for high-speed part sorting, with a dedicated fiber-sorting hand controller.

Key Features of SL-70A
- DC24V single-channel 4.0A high power: safe low-voltage supply with strong drive for small precision bowls;
- 2 fiber optic modules option: high-speed part sorting with dedicated color graphic detection hand controller;
- B-segment speed + brake: fast speed switching without jitter; crisp motion-stop rhythm;
- High-speed closed loop: output voltage stability >99%, settling time <133uS, almost immune to grid fluctuation;
- 8 user recipes: dedicated color Chinese hand controller for full parameter tuning and monitoring;
- Separated body & hand controller: compact, rail-mounted; RS-485 remote monitoring; 4 NPN inputs / 2 NPN outputs driving solenoid valves directly.
